2. General Terms

2.1 By using our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during the reservation process.
2.2 Clients must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation through our website.
2.3 Al Rabee Tourism reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group without providing a reason.

3. Reservation Process

3.1 Clients can make reservations for tours to Kyrgyzstan through our website.
3.2 Clients must provide accurate personal information, including full names, contact details, and passport information.
3.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during the reservation process.
3.4 Al Rabee Tourism will confirm the reservation via email within 48 hours of receiving the booking request.
3.5 Clients must review the confirmation email and notify Al Rabee Tourism of any discrepancies or errors immediately.

4. Payment

4.1 All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Clients must make full payment for the tour at the time of reservation.
4.3 Payment can be made using major credit cards or bank transfers.
4.4 Al Rabee Tourism reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payment is not received within 48 hours of the booking request.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Clients may cancel their reservation by notifying Al Rabee Tourism in writing.
5.2 Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation.
5.3 Al Rabee Tourism will refund the client according to the following schedule:
5.3.1 Cancellation made more than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
5.3.2 Cancellation made between 15-30 days before the tour start date: 50% refund.
5.3.3 Cancellation made less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.
5.4 Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.

6. Changes and Amendments

6.1 Clients may request changes or amendments to their reservation by notifying Al Rabee Tourism in writing.
6.2 Al Rabee Tourism will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, subject to availability.
6.3 Additional charges may apply for changes or amendments to the reservation.

7. Travel Insurance

7.1 It is strongly recommended that clients obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost or damaged belongings.
7.2 Al Rabee Tourism is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred by clients due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Liability

8.1 Al Rabee Tourism will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by a third party, including but not limited to airlines, transportation providers, hotels, or tour guides.
8.2 Clients participate in tours at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
8.3 Al Rabee Tourism will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or acts of terrorism.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on our website, including text, images, videos, and logos, is the property of Al Rabee Tourism and is protected by copyright laws.
9.2 Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written consent from Al Rabee Tourism.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kyrgyzstan.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kyrgyzstan.
